Admissions Process

  • Step 1: Self-Assessment

    The first step in our process is the Self-Assessment. This form is designed to help you decide whether our school is a good fit for your family. The statements are taken directly from our Enrollment Agreement, a contract that you will be expected to sign if your family is accepted into our program. EACHPARENT MUST FILL OUT the Self-Assessment in order to proceed to the next step.

  • Step 2: Schedule a tour

    Once we receive your Self-Assessment Form, you’ll be invited to sign up for a tour.

    During the tour, you’ll have the opportunity to see our school, ask questions, and learn more about our ideological and pedagogical approach.

    We’ll hold tours on Wednesdays:

    November 12

    December 3

    January 7

    February 4

    March 4

  • Step 3: Apply

    After completing a tour, you’ll decide whether you’d like to move forward to the next stage: the Student Application. If you choose to proceed, simply email us to request the application, and we’ll send you the link.

    The application request window is from Nov 7, 2025 – March 13, 2026. Applications will be provided only after tour attendance.

    March 16, 2026 is the Application Submission Deadline, the final date to submit the completed application.

  • Step 4: Interview

    Once we’ve received your application, we’ll review all submitted materials and determine whether to move forward with an interview.

    Family Interviews (by invitation only) will be held between November 12 and March 27 following the application review.

  • Step 5: Re-enrollment

    This year’s re-enrollment window for current families will be open from January 1 to January 15.

    After this period, we will begin making placements, with priority given to staff and siblings.

  • Step 6: Admission

    If an appropriate enrollment opportunity is available, we will reach out to you with an offer of admission.

    New Family Placement Decisions will be emailed to interviewed families on April 10, 2026.

  • Step 7: Paperwork

    Upon acceptance, families will have two weeks to secure their spot by submitting a deposit and signed contract. After that, our Admissions team will send an enrollment packet to complete prior to the start of school.

  • Step 8: New Student Intro Session

    The final step in the process is the New Student Intro Session. You and your child will visit the classroom, meet the teachers, and learn about procedures and expectations for the first day of school.
